Weekly Recap

Ahh… the past 48 hours have been beyond exhausting!  My full recap of the Little Rock Half Marathon will be coming on Thursday as I am just now sitting down at 9 am on Tuesday finally home from the race.

Here is my weekly recap:

Monday, February 24: Rest Day

Tuesday, February 25: 3 miles on treadmill

Wednesday, February 26: Rest Day

Thursday, February 27: 2 miles on treadmill

Friday, February 28: Rest Day (drove 300 miles to St. Louis)

Saturday, March 1:  Rest Day (spent the day driving 347 miles to Little Rock and exploring the city)

Sunday, March 2:  13.1 miles (more like 13.4) in the Little Rock Half Marathon!

Starting tomorrow, I’ll start training for the Nike Women’s Half in DC at the end of next month… cannot wait!
